About The Position

The Welding Loader loads parts for automated robotic weld cells to support production. The role is located in Martin, Tennessee, and works the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The stated pay is $21.17 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, totaling $22.67 per hour. The employee is expected to follow ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions; prioritize safety and quality; achieve specific objectives; and raise concerns or identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of safe equipment operation.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with people.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Effective communication skills.
