About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a reliable Loader to safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise, verify product counts and inspect items for damage, and prepare products for shipment. The role works in a fast-paced environment and emphasizes careful handling, accuracy, and safety. The Loader may operate manual or powered equipment, maintain an organized loading area, follow company safety procedures, and assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of loading techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse or loading operations preferred (0–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise from trailers, trucks, or pallets.
• Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before loading.
• Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, or other safety measures.
• Operate manual or powered equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
