About The Position

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is hiring Material Handlers for multiple openings on second shift in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves picking and packing customer orders, building pallets, and staging them for outbound shipments. Employees use an order picker or cherry picker and an RF scanner, follow required PPE and safety practices, and work collaboratively in a casual, team-focused warehouse environment. The scheduled shift is 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., five days per week, with Saturdays and Sundays off. Pay is $20.00 per hour. Benefits are available after 90 days.

Requirements

• Solid work experience picking orders with a cherry picker and RF scanner.
• Strong job longevity, including at least two years with one employer.
• Ability to perform all warehouse duties.
• Comfort working at heights.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass a five-year criminal background check and a mouth-swab drug test.
