About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a reliable Loader to safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise and prepare products for shipment. The role involves verifying product counts, inspecting items for damage, securing loads, and maintaining an organized loading area. Loaders may operate manual or powered equipment and assist with general warehouse duties as needed. This is a full-time position with an anticipated 40-hour workweek on the second shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of loading techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or loading operations experience preferred; 0–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise from trailers, trucks, or pallets.
• Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before loading.
• Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, or other safety measures.
• Operate manual or powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
