About The Position

Rustica Hardware is currently hiring a Welder/Fabricator who will work on various metal hardware projects throughout the manufacturing process. This position will report to the Metal Manager, and will be responsible for producing high-quality, functional hardware. The role requires high attention to detail, creativity, and an artistic mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience welding various welding types and metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. MIG experience is required, and TIG experience is a plus. We are looking for someone looking to grow with the company, with a proven history of long-term employment, a sense of urgency, and who is innovative and continually looking for improvements to processes.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience required
• MIG Experience required, TIG experience a plus
• Must be able to build product from an engineered drawing
• Ability to lift approximately 60 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand 8-10 hrs./day
• Proven history of long-term employment
• Sense of urgency
• Innovative and continually looking for improvements to processes
