About The Position
The Welcome Desk Specialist provides excellent, friendly and welcoming member services while displaying a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Knowledge of basic washer and dryer operations
- Communication skills, including the ability to answer telephone calls and communicate YMCA programs and activities over the telephone
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred
