About The Position

Vow’d Weddings is seeking a Stylist to create a welcoming, celebratory experience for brides and bridal parties. The Stylist advocates for the bride by completing her look from head to toe, using styling skills and customer-focused service to support brand goals. The role also contributes to local community relationships and supports store leaders with administrative and merchandising tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging in both intimate settings and with groups.
• Able to think critically, adapt, and work comfortably with change.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for community involvement and giving back.

• Previous experience working in an elevated service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver distinctive guest experiences in a service-oriented environment.
• Style head-to-toe looks for brides and bridal parties, using styling training and supporting conversion and average order value goals.
• Build local relationships through outreach to small businesses, wedding vendors, and regional influencers.
• Support leaders with administrative tasks and product merchandising.
• Represent Vow’d Weddings’ mission and values.
