About The Position
OpenBook Windows & Baths is hiring a friendly, outgoing, people-oriented person to represent the family-owned home improvement company at home shows, festivals, and other events across Northern Colorado on weekends throughout the year. The role involves traveling to events, speaking with attendees about their home improvement plans, and scheduling free estimates. Compensation is a base-plus-bonus plan, with on-target earnings of $25–$40 per hour and uncapped bonuses.
Requirements
- Have an outgoing personality and enjoy helping people.
- Be available to work every weekend.
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Be able to lift 20–30 pounds.
- Have 4 years of experience in sales or in-person marketing.
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent OpenBook at home shows, festivals, and other events across Northern Colorado.
- Talk with event attendees about their future home improvement plans and schedule free estimates.
- Set up and tear down the company booth before and after events.
