About The Position
OpenBook Windows & Baths is seeking a friendly, outgoing, people-oriented representative to attend home shows, festivals, and other events on weekends throughout the year. The role involves traveling to events across Northern Colorado and speaking with attendees about their home improvement plans. The position offers base pay plus bonuses, with on-target earnings of $25–$40 per hour. Bonuses are uncapped.
Requirements
- Have an outgoing personality and enjoy helping people.
- Be available to work every weekend.
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Be able to lift 20–30 pounds.
- Have four years of experience in sales or in-person marketing.
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent OpenBook at home shows, festivals, and other events across Northern Colorado.
- Talk with attendees about their future home improvement plans and schedule them for free estimates.
- Set up and tear down the company booth before and after events.
