About The Position
OpenBook Windows & Baths is a family-owned and operated company serving residents of Erie and Northern Colorado with home improvement needs. The company is hiring a friendly, outgoing, people-oriented person to represent it at home shows, festivals, and other events on weekends throughout the year. The role involves traveling across Northern Colorado and speaking with event attendees about their home improvement plans. Compensation is a base-plus-bonus plan, with target earnings of $25–$40 per hour. Bonuses are not capped.
Requirements
- Have an outgoing personality and enjoy helping people.
- Be available to work every weekend.
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Be able to lift 20–30 pounds.
- Have 4 years of experience in sales or in-person marketing.
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent OpenBook at home shows, festivals, and other events across Northern Colorado.
- Talk with event attendees about their future home improvement plans and schedule free estimates.
- Set up and tear down the company booth before and after events.
