About The Position

OpenBook Windows & Baths is a family-owned and operated home improvement company serving Erie and Northern Colorado. The company is hiring a friendly, outgoing, people-oriented person to represent it at home shows, festivals, and other events on weekends throughout the year. The role involves traveling to events across Northern Colorado, speaking with attendees about their home improvement plans, and scheduling free estimates. Compensation is a base-plus-bonus plan, with stated on-target earnings of $25–$40 per hour and uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

• Have an outgoing personality and enjoy helping people.
• Be available to work every weekend.
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to lift 20–30 pounds.
• Have four years of experience in sales or in-person marketing.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent OpenBook at home shows, festivals, and other events across Northern Colorado.
• Talk with event attendees about their future home improvement plans and schedule them for free estimates.
• Set up and tear down the company booth before and after events.
