About The Position

OpenBook Windows & Baths is hiring a friendly, outgoing, people-oriented representative to work at home shows, festivals, and other events on weekends throughout the year. The role involves traveling to events across Northern Colorado to speak with attendees about their home improvement plans and schedule free estimates. The position also includes setting up and tearing down the company booth. Compensation is a base-plus-bonus plan, with on-target earnings of $25–$40 per hour and uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

• Have an outgoing personality and enjoy helping people.
• Be available to work every weekend.
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to lift 20–30 pounds.
• Have four years of experience in sales or in-person marketing.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent OpenBook Windows & Baths at home shows, festivals, and other events across Northern Colorado.
• Talk with event attendees about their future home improvement plans and schedule free estimates.
• Set up and tear down the company booth before and after events.
