Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in the care-giving industry (CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care) preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Compassionate and patient nature, with a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality companion care, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance (as needed)
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families by providing emotional support and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
