About The Position

CountryHouse Residence is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver for an on-call position in Granite Bay, CA. This flexible role offers as-needed scheduling with a minimum of two shifts per month. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Engage residents in activities and conversations to make each day special.
• Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
