About The Position

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
• Flexibility & Dependability: Be available for at least two shifts per month, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
