About The Position

As a Registered Nurse, the Weekend Nurse Supervisor develops meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. The role uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and provides leadership that supports teamwork and coordinated resident care. The position is at Stonebrooke Rehab.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications, conduct thorough assessments, and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
