About The Position

The Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) at Stonebrooke Rehab supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being by providing nursing care and building meaningful relationships with residents and staff. The role promotes a comforting, engaging atmosphere and works collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to deliver coordinated, comprehensive resident care. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate interpersonally in support of residents and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities
