About The Position

Requirements
- Hold a valid New Jersey RN or LPN license.
- Be reliable and available to work scheduled weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensure infection control, medication administration, and safety procedures are followed.
- Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns.
- Work with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards.
- Help resolve clinical or staffing issues.
