About The Position

Master Services is seeking Weekend HVAC Service Technicians to join their team. This role offers a 4-day work week (Friday-Monday) with competitive weekly pay, training, and growth opportunities. Homeowners are typically available on weekends, leading to consistent service calls and a strong learning environment alongside experienced team members. Requirements

• 0–3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Motivated to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with experienced technicians and installers.
• Receive hands-on training in residential HVAC service.
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and job-site execution.
• Operate hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
