Davison Home Services is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Weekend HVAC Service Technician to join their growing residential HVAC team. This role offers a 4-day work week (Friday–Monday) with consistent weekdays off, allowing technicians to maximize earnings due to higher demand and better close rates on weekends. Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience
• Certification from a technical or trade school
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
• Attend manufacturer and safety training as required
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs
