Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components as needed.
- Test electrical circuits and components to verify proper operation.
- Provide clear and professional explanations of issues, solutions, and maintenance tips to customers.
- Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time spent.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards during installations and repairs.
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
