As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician with a positive attitude to join our residential service team on weekends. This Weekend HVAC Service Technician role is ideal for experienced professionals who want strong earning potential, high-quality calls, and weekday flexibility — without sacrificing stability or benefits.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Clearly explain findings, solutions, and recommendations to homeowners
- Ensure all work meets safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service experience
