Haley Mechanical is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Weekend HVAC Service Technician to join their growing residential HVAC team. This role is designed for experienced technicians who want to maximize their earnings while enjoying consistent weekdays off, specifically a Friday–Monday, 4-day work week. Requirements

2+ years of HVAC service experience
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience
Certification from a technical or trade school
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong customer service mindset and professionalism

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
Attend manufacturer and safety training as required
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Benefits

Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
Bonus plus uncapped commission
Total earning potential of $55/hour+ with commission
4-day work week: Friday–Monday
