About The Position
Signature Eugene Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled hospice care in patients’ homes and support families through end-of-life care. The role serves as case manager for assigned patients and includes Saturday and Sunday shifts, with 8- or 10-hour shifts available. Compensation is $52–$55 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Requirements
- Current Oregon RN license.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice, home health, or public health experience is preferred.
- Hospice experience is strongly preferred.
- HCHB and PointCare experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and patient and family education.
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly.
- Serve as case manager for assigned patients.
