About The Position

Breakfast Attendants assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets and ensure the buffet remains well-stocked. In full-service establishments, they take customer orders, communicate them to kitchen staff, and clear tables. The role involves providing personalized guest service and completing other duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Customer service skills.
• Prioritization and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to all guests.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrate.
• Arrange cold foods, such as pastries and cereals.
• Prepare and set up hot food items.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Restock items throughout breakfast hours and for the next day.
• Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
• Perform other duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management.
