About The Position
Breakfast Attendants assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets and ensure that the buffet remains well-stocked. In full-service establishments, they receive customer orders, communicate them to kitchen staff, and clear tables. The role also involves cleaning and sanitizing dining areas after meal service.
Responsibilities
- Assemble the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassemble it afterward.
- Ensure the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked.
- Clear cutlery and crockery from customers’ tables.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service.
- Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service.
