About The Position

Breakfast Attendants assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets and ensure the buffet remains well-stocked. The role provides personalized service to guests and includes preparing, arranging, replenishing, and cleaning breakfast food and service areas. In full-service establishments, attendants may receive customer orders, communicate them to kitchen staff, and clear tables.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Customer service skills.
• Prioritization and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to all guests.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrate.
• Arrange cold foods, such as pastries and cereals.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Prepare and set up hot food items.
• Restock items throughout breakfast hours and for the next day.
• Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
• Complete other duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management.
