About The Position

This role is for a brand and web marketer to maintain a high-traffic company website, ensuring it remains current, fast, and on-brand through the 2026 election cycle. The position involves leading a website refresh project with an external agency and providing flexible support for content, SEO, and brand initiatives within the growth marketing team. It is a coordination-heavy role requiring collaboration with a web agency, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines, secure approvals, and optimize page conversions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in brand, web, or digital marketing, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Experience managing website projects or redesigns with an external agency.
  • Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices.
  • Solid SEO fundamentals, including on-page and basic technical SEO.
  • HubSpot experience, especially forms, lead capture, and CMS or web integrations.
  • A sharp eye for brand consistency in copy and visuals.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills; you keep things moving without being chased.
  • Alignment with the client's mission of supporting Democratic and progressive candidates and causes.
  • Must work EST hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Copywriting or content strategy experience.
  • A strong SaaS background is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for the external web agency on the website refresh: manage timelines, facilitate approvals, and supply assets.
  • Improve conversion rate on priority pages, and ensure HubSpot and the web platform work together for lead capture.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and technical teams to keep the refresh on track.
  • Support site content and priority landing pages for election-season product pushes, with the web vendor.
  • Drive SEO improvements on priority pages, including metadata, on-page content, and technical fixes.
  • Keep product marketing pages for a campaign website builder aligned to brand and messaging as it scales.
  • Support web operations: tracking, redirects, and post-launch optimization across campaign pages.
  • Review campaign and site outputs for consistent messaging and visual brand standards.
