About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Website Administrator & Receptionist with strong photography and social media skills. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing our website content, engaging with our online audience, and providing a welcoming presence at our front desk. The ideal candidate is proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.), has a good eye for photography, and understands social media basics. This position is a key asset to our sales operations. This role combines creativity, technology, and customer service skills, making it ideal for someone passionate about RVs and eager to contribute to both our in-person and digital presence. Our Leesburg location is a highly profitable RV dealership with a strong presence in the Class B motorized space, featuring brands such as Grech, Jayco Motorized, and Pleasure-Way. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Possess excellent written skills
  • Ability to operate a camera and computer
  • Methodical, accurate, and consistent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
  • Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year of photography experience is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of one year experience preferred.
  • Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Download and upload unit photos on websites
  • Monitor and maintain photos on various websites
  • Ensure online photographs and inventory are accurate and clear
  • Create photo inventory reports, as requested
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are available
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized
  • Contribute, or otherwise assist the team, as requested
