The Office Administrator & Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, helping to create a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the values of the firm. This individual will manage the front desk, answer and route incoming phone calls, greet guests, coordinate visitor needs, and provide general administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include handling mail, maintaining reception and common areas, assisting with scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and supporting various projects as needed. This position is fully onsite and based in our Little Canada office.
