About The Position

GreenSavers is hiring a Level 2 Weatherization Installer in Portland, Oregon. The installer independently completes standard residential weatherization scopes, addresses routine field challenges, and supports the development of newer teammates. The role involves planning tools, materials, access, and task sequence; verifying coverage, seals, workmanship, and cleanup; and balancing labor expectations with safety and quality. Installers maintain clear job documentation, communicate routinely with homeowners, and escalate scope changes or customer concerns. Success means delivering complete, well-documented work at a dependable pace, with consistent quality and a positive homeowner experience. Advancement toward Level 3 depends on technical skill, safety, productivity, and demonstrated leadership. This is hands-on field work in occupied homes, including attics, crawl spaces, basements, roofs, and other confined or difficult-to-access areas. Work may involve exposure to heat, cold, dust, and weather, and requires following safety and PPE practices. The role reports to the WX Field Manager.
