Schroders is seeking graduates for its 2027 Wealth Management Graduate Programme in Guernsey. The role is based in one of Cazenove Capital’s Private Client teams, where trainees gain hands-on experience, collaborate with experienced professionals, work closely with clients, and develop knowledge of investments, financial planning, and client relationship management. Trainees may spend a period in the London office for Wealth Management-specific training, expected to take place from September to November and to be confirmed closer to the start date. Cazenove Capital is Schroders’ dedicated Wealth Management business in the UK and Channel Islands. It provides specialist financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, charities, and their advisers, including portfolio management, banking, and investment advisory services. Candidates must be due to graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated, and be in their final year of study or already graduated. They should be on track to achieve, or have already achieved, an honours degree or equivalent; all degree subjects are welcome. Applicants must hold a valid local market or Open Market housing qualification to live and work in Guernsey and provide evidence during the initial recruitment stage. Candidates should be available to start on 16 September 2027. The programme offers professional qualifications, comprehensive training, senior networking opportunities, a dedicated buddy, and wellbeing support. The recruitment process comprises an online application, cognitive assessment, behavioural and motivational assessment, work simulation and video interview, and an assessment centre. Schroders says it considers flexible working arrangements and provides reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees.
