About The Position

Citizens’ Wealth Advisors help individuals and families attain their financial goals. The Wealth Advisor conducts thorough discovery to understand clients’ short- and long-term goals and constructs tailored financial plans. This branch-based role operates in a collaborative environment that emphasizes client interests and the personal and professional growth of team members. Advisors work directly with business partners and centers of influence to identify prospective opportunities.

Requirements

Active and valid Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses.
An active, valid Insurance Life/Health/Variable license, or ability to obtain it within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment.
At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
Demonstrated track record in new business development and client book management.
Proven experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Develop a high-quality wealth management practice that provides personalized wealth management strategies.
Enhance and preserve relationships with key partners to increase client introductions and engagement.
Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
Tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.
Use knowledge from internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver services including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
