About The Position

As a Water/Wastewater Process Design Engineer, you will apply advanced engineering principles and process design expertise to plan, analyze, and design municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities. You will lead process engineering tasks throughout project development, including treatment process evaluation, hydraulic and process modeling, equipment sizing and selection, and preparation of technical reports, plans, specifications, and construction documents. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, regulators, and stakeholders to develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that address complex treatment challenges while meeting regulatory requirements and project objectives. The role offers opportunities to provide technical leadership, support quality delivery of critical infrastructure projects, mentor junior staff, and develop expertise in water treatment, wastewater treatment, and emerging process technologies. The hybrid role operates between office and field environments. It routinely involves standard office equipment and may involve occasional exposure to inclement weather, heat, humidity, noise, hazards, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water, depending on project requirements. The role may occasionally require operating a company vehicle and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 35 pounds. Employment is contingent on successfully completing applicable pre-employment substance screening and background checks.
