About The Position

Solenis is hiring a Water Treatment Sales Consultant for Chem-Aqua in Fort Worth, Texas. Chem-Aqua provides custom-designed water treatment programs for boilers, cooling towers, process systems, and wastewater operations. As part of Solenis, the role is supported by a global provider of water and hygiene solutions. The consultant serves as a customer-facing water treatment expert, helping industrial, commercial, and municipal customers protect equipment, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance. The role combines relationship development, prospecting, account growth, on-site water testing and analysis, and delivery of value-driven proposals. Training is provided in water treatment, testing, products, solutions, and sales. The position includes territory travel and collaboration with technical experts.

Requirements

At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve problems.
Comfort traveling within the assigned territory.
Self-driven, organized, and curious about learning water treatment.
Valid driver’s license.

Technical sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities
