About The Position
JENNMAR Services is hiring experienced Water / Wastewater Technicians for full-time water and wastewater transfer operations. Technicians work as part of a three-person crew and monitor equipment and operating conditions while supporting safe, reliable operations. The role includes recording operating data, troubleshooting equipment, and performing routine maintenance and site upkeep. The schedule is three days on and three days off, with rotating 12-hour day and night shifts. Pay is $20.00 or more per hour.
Requirements
- Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check, and to undergo occasional randomized drug testing.
- Must be comfortable with a potentially rotating shift schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Oil and gas pad experience is a plus.
- SAFELAND PEC certification; training will be provided if the candidate does not already have it.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a three-person crew supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations.
- Back trucks, chalk tires, and check driver paperwork.
- Monitor equipment and operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns.
- Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device.
- Inspect equipment regularly to help ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Clean and maintain equipment and site grounds.
- Mow, weed-whack, and snow plow as needed.
