About The Position

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Franklin is seeking a hands-on leader to help grow its water mitigation and mold remediation division. The role begins with managing projects while working alongside technicians, with the opportunity to transition into a dedicated Project Manager role as the company grows. The position leads water mitigation and mold remediation projects from inspection through completion and includes hands-on field work, independently preparing Xactimate estimates, presenting proposals to customers, and developing technicians. The role also involves managing schedules, documentation, job costs, and profitability, following IICRC standards, and participating in an emergency on-call rotation. The base salary is $65,000, with total earning potential of $75,000–$80,000 or more through commissions and bonuses. Requirements

Hands-on water mitigation or restoration experience.
Proficiency in Xactimate and ability to prepare mitigation estimates independently.
Knowledge of structural drying, extraction, and moisture monitoring.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in the field while growing into management.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years of restoration experience.
Crew chief or lead technician experience.
IICRC WRT and/or AMRT certifications.
Experience with Workiz or similar software.

Responsibilities

Lead water mitigation and mold remediation projects from inspection through completion.
Perform hands-on extraction, demolition, structural drying, and moisture monitoring.
Independently prepare accurate Xactimate estimates.
Present proposals to customers, explain recommendations, and close jobs.
Follow up with leads and outstanding estimates.
Lead, train, and develop technicians.
Manage schedules, documentation, job costs, and profitability.
Follow IICRC standards.
Participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
