About The Position

SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Water Damage Restoration Technician to respond to emergency damage calls and help restore properties. The work involves hands-on cleanup and restoration, interaction with supervisors and customers, and opportunities to help train team members and advance to roles such as Lead Technician, Project Manager, or Estimator. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an additional after-hours emergency service rotation. Start pay is based on experience.

Requirements

• Prior water damage restoration experience is required.
• A “get it done” attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Team-building skills.
• Comfort working in physically demanding environments.
• Customer service skills.
• Reliability and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call emergency hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency damage calls and help restore properties.
• Perform water extraction and flood cleanup.
• Set up drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Clean up fire and smoke damage.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, and other materials.
• Monitor drying progress.
• Take photos and document work.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors.
• Help train other team members.
