About The Position
As a Water Damage Technician at PureDry Restoration, you’ll respond to emergencies and help families and businesses recover from property damage. The role is physically active and fast-paced, involving water, mold, fire, and storm damage restoration. PureDry provides professional training, team support, and opportunities for advancement. Technicians deliver customer service on-site and document project progress using company systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls involving water, mold, fire, and storm damage.
- Assist with mitigation activities such as water extraction, demolition, and drying.
- Set up and monitor drying and remediation equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Document job progress with notes and photos using company systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to property owners on-site.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.
- Communicate job updates clearly with team leads and supervisors.
