About The Position

C&H Industrial is seeking a hands-on leader for their Water Blast / Industrial Supervisor role in Mobile, AL. This position involves leading industrial cleaning crews, operating hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment, and ensuring job sites are safe, productive, and on track. The role requires a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the crew, rather than a desk-bound manager. Overnight opportunities are available, and flexibility for nights, overtime, and weekends is important as the company operates 24/7.

Requirements

2+ years of industrial cleaning or related experience preferred.
Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and industrial machinery.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to follow technical procedures and safety guidelines.
Basic math and organizational skills.
Must meet qualifications of an Industrial Cleaning Technician and Operator.
Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and industrial environments.
Ability to climb ladders up to 250 feet.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct industrial cleaning crews while ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Set up, operate, and maintain hydroblasting systems, vacuum trucks, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
Conduct Job Hazard Awareness assessments and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and site-specific safety standards.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and materials to keep projects running smoothly.
Work closely with supervisors, account managers, customers, and crews to ensure successful project completion.
Jump in and help with physical labor when needed.
