About The Position

C&H Industrial is seeking a hands-on Water Blast / Industrial Supervisor for urgent hiring in Prattville, AL, with overnight opportunities available. This role involves leading industrial cleaning projects, managing crews, operating hydro blasting and vacuum truck equipment, and ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites. It is a hands-on management position where leaders are expected to work alongside their teams.

Requirements

2+ years of industrial cleaning supervising or related experience preferred.
Experience operating vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and industrial machinery.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to follow technical procedures and safety guidelines.
Basic math and organizational skills.
Must meet qualifications of an Industrial Cleaning Technician and Operator.
Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and industrial environments.
Ability to climb ladders up to 250 feet.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
Flexibility for nights, overtime, weekends, and overnight projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct industrial cleaning crews, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Set up, operate, and maintain hydroblasting systems, vacuum trucks, and other industrial cleaning equipment.
Conduct Job Hazard Awareness assessments and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and site-specific safety standards.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and materials to keep projects running smoothly.
Communicate with supervisors, account managers, customers, and crews to ensure successful project completion.
Lead by example by assisting with physical labor when needed.
