About The Position

We’re looking for hardworking, safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Technicians / Machine Operators who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle tough industrial jobs. This fast-paced, physically active role is perfect for candidates with experience in machine operation, warehouse work, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments. You’ll operate high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment to help keep facilities clean, safe, and running efficiently. $17-$19/hr. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with powerful equipment, and being part of a strong team, this could be the job for you.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
- Pass medical screening and drug testing.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
- Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
- Mechanical knowledge or previous machine operator experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules and traveling as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure hydroblasting equipment, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty machines.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect equipment, maintain tools, and report any mechanical issues or damage.
- Work in demanding industrial environments including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated areas.
- Be flexible for overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
- Travel to different job sites.
