About The Position
Install Warranty Technician is responsible for working with Install clients that have warranty issues arise from time to time.
Requirements
- Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential & light commercial equipment
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Ability to use Company-furnished technology
- Valid driver’s license
- Detailed and Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good writing skills
Nice To Haves
- NATE and EPA Certification is a PLUS
Responsibilities
- Inform customers of all special promotions.
- Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes.
- Participate in training as requested.
- Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
- Must demonstrate field level application of knowledge and skills attained from all training provided.
