About The Position

The Warranty Data Analyst Intern will work with subject matter experts to understand warranty data and use analytics skills to build custom dashboards showing warranty metrics and key performance indicators. The intern will respond to ad hoc requests for metrics, analyze warranty data warehouses, and identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve team processing efficiency. This position is located in Renton, Washington. Internships are scheduled to begin in May or June 2027.

Requirements

• Experience leveraging object-oriented programming and analytics platforms to automate data collection, cleansing, and dashboard generation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Programming experience with SQL, including tools such as Jupyter Notebook or MS SQL Server, and Python.
• Currently enrolled in or graduating in 2027 from a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or a related program.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with Snowflake; Snowflake experience is not required if SQL skills are strong.
• Knowledge of lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Work with subject matter experts to understand warranty data.
• Automate business reporting.
• Build custom warranty KPI dashboards.
• Mine warranty data and generate business use cases to improve efficiency and automate workflows.
• Respond to ad hoc requests for metrics.
• Analyze warranty data warehouses and identify opportunities to improve team processing efficiency.
