About The Position

The Warranty Data Analyst Intern will work with subject matter experts to understand warranty data and use data analytics skills to build custom dashboards showing warranty metrics and key performance indicators. The intern will respond to ad-hoc requests for metrics, analyze warranty data warehouses, and identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processing efficiency. The position is located in Renton, Washington. Internships are scheduled to begin in May or June 2027.

Requirements

• Experience leveraging object-oriented programming and analytics platforms to automate data collection, cleansing, and dashboard generation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Programming skills in SQL, such as with Jupyter Notebook or MS SQL Server, and Python.
• Currently enrolled in or graduating in 2027 from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or a related program.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Snowflake; Snowflake experience is not required if SQL skills are strong.
• Knowledge of lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Automate business reporting.

• Work with subject matter experts to understand warranty data.
