About The Position

Action Overhead Garage Door, a family-owned and operated business since 1980, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to join their team. This role involves managing warranty requests, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience by working with customers, builders, manufacturers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will not only manage the process but also look for ways to improve it.

Requirements

2+ years of warranty coordination experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, garage door installation, or home services is a plus.
ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage residential, builder, and commercial warranty claims from initial request through resolution.
Coordinate with customers, builders, technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely scheduling, updates, and follow-through.
Review warranty requests, determine coverage eligibility, and help identify the best solutions.
Track open claims and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify recurring warranty issues, analyze trends, and help develop processes that improve efficiency and reduce repeat service calls.
Coordinate manufacturer warranty claims, replacement parts, credits, and resolutions.
