About The Position

HTS Engineering Ltd. is a commercial HVAC manufacturers’ representative with 20 locations in the United States and Canada. The Warranty & Claims Specialist II manages renewal parts and customer orders from receipt through shipment, coordinating with internal teams and communicating order status and schedule changes to customers and Field Sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in Warranty & Claims.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher in business, insurance, healthcare administration, or a related field; equivalent years of experience may also qualify.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment.
• Process customer orders according to established company procedures.
• Gather and verify all information required to complete shop orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Review and process customer change requests, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status and communicate shipping dates and schedule changes to customers and Field Sales.
• Coordinate production reschedules and maintain accurate order documentation.
