About The Position

Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator needed to manage manufacturer warranty claims from submission through payment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in dealership warranty processes, ensuring claims are processed accurately and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines while supporting the service department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warranty administration required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and warranty processes is a must
  • CDK Experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Warranty Administration: 1-2 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Processes warranty claims on a timely basis to manufacturer
  • Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
  • Verifies criteria required by factory
  • Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. Posts credits
  • Works with Service Director, Parts Manager and support staff on rejected claims
  • Resubmits all rejected claims promptly
  • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
  • Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the General Manager
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
