About The Position

The Warehouser supports warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, moving and tracking materials, and maintaining inventory records. The role requires operating warehouse machinery safely, maintaining an orderly and safe warehouse, and following company and HSE policies and procedures. The position also involves working at heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using warehouse equipment such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience desired.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Heavy stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Behavioral competencies: Decision Quality, Integrity and Trust, and Time Management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP or MRP/ERP software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping or receiving when needed.
• Read warehouse documentation to determine items to move, gather, distribute, or ship.
• Move items to appropriate areas.
• Record quantities of materials or items moved in a computer database.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, preparing shortage lists, and distributing them as required.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Operate warehouse machinery safely and report equipment maintenance needs or problems to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
