About The Position

A. Duie Pyle is hiring a full-time Warehouser at its Allentown, Pennsylvania location. The role is responsible for safely loading and unloading, organizing, packing, and unpacking freight. Warehousers use appropriate material-handling equipment and scanners to move, stage, and track freight while prioritizing customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 AM, with flexibility that may include day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers using equipment such as carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, and stage freight for pickup.
• Physically lift and move boxes.
• Use scanners to read, track, and monitor freight throughout the warehouse.
• Work with a customer-service-first mentality.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, which may include day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
